Freya & Gracie headed to the park in Oasis Springs on Sunday afternoon meeting new friends and having a great time.  When they returned home, dinner was ready.  They asked if they could play on the swings in the backyard before heading to bed later that night.

Devlin continued to make more pranks with friends to cure some boredom.   Not long afterwards he witnessed a fight happening at the Bathe de Rill and as the fight concluded someone died in the pool.   Finally, he managed to complete the ‘Public Enemy’ aspiration.

Eleanor works hard at work trying to take her mind off from not having any more kids.    Her boss notices her achievements and dedication then offers her the incentive to continue with some more tasks that will allow her to run the next restaurant he is planning to open.   Of course, this is Eleanor’s dream job and promises to take his offer, completing any side project she can.

She overheard her colleagues talking about the bowling team they were actively in.  They were about to compete in the final of the competition.   At this point, Eleanor’s stress levels were increasing every day, so she decided that she will spend some time with the kids taking them bowling at their local venue.

A few days later, little Baby Harrison became a toddler.

While Eleanor was in hospital, Freya aged to a child.    She loves school studying hard with her free time having the Whiz Kid aspiration.   As you can see, she also likes the boyish look rocking the old 80’s fashion.

With Freya being a perfect child again, Aditya made plans once again to renovate the house.  The layout situation upstairs needed another bedroom, and the kitchen/dining area was currently the wrong way.    It made sense for the rooms to be swapped with the laundry being accessed through the kitchen and not the dining room.     Eleanor came home and they had some family time surrounding the tele talking over Aditya plans.

Aditya started working, hiring contractors for the more complicated stuff, arranging the house as planned.    Eleanor through this time went back to work and ended up with another promotion to ‘Sous Chef’.   Baby Harrison was surprisingly calm during all the building works even with the loud noises.    Gracie continued to play in the playroom that had recently been added the house by Eleanor.   Freya came from school asking Aditya about being a ninja.   He replied, ‘best to start practicing your hiding places and see if anyone can find you.’

Apologies for the dark pic’s maybe should have switched lights on first.  Basic upstairs layout for top picture, starting with master bedroom top left, going clockwise the family bathroom, Freya & Gracie’s room, Harrison and then Devlin’s room (bottom left).  The other two pictures show kitchen & dining area swapped making the house a little more accessible.   I’m not great at decorating, so builders please bear with me.

Not long after I started playing with new layout, the family cat Snowy died.   Yes, we had a cat, although not mentioned for a while.   Then as if by magic, somehow Gracie caught up with Freya and aged to kid.   Maybe I forgot that I was writing at story at this point, who knows.   It wasn’t planned or cheated it’s the Sims after all.

Aditya got a call from his sister Diya with some bad news.   His mum Anvi had just passed away.   Of course, he was devastated with the news and locked himself away for a few days.

To cheer up Aditya, Eleanor took him to lunch on ‘Night on the Town’ day as they were serving free food and thought he wouldn’t appreciate going clubbing.   She hired a nanny for the day, listening to Adiyta’s problems at the Sunny Side diner and tried providing some solace.   It seemed to do the trick as he left happier than the last few days in his room.

Devlin arranged and started a new club called the ‘Bad Ass Bandits’ competing against the ‘Renegades’ as they refused him entry as teenager.    One of the member’s named ‘Wolfang’ applied with wrong information when joining club.  Devlin had heard through the grapevine that he was also a member of the Renegades.  He immediately kicked him out embarrassing him in front of everyone at the Gym.    The ‘Bad Ass Bandits’ assemble at any Gym location so this made it harder for him not to bump in to any them in the future.    Wolfgang passed the information he learned to the rest of Renegades so a fuel out feud began between the clubs.

As you may have noticed at the Sunny Side diner, Eleanor was considerably bigger than usual.    What I failed to mention is that she was also pregnant at this time and the baby was now long overdue.    She headed to hospital once again where they started procedures to get the kid out as soon as possible.     She phoned Aditya letting him know that Baby Harrison had been born.    Aditya was still upset from losing mum that he said, ‘Oh no, not again and asked Eleanor if she would consider a small operation to avoid any further kids in future’.    As it turned out this is what the doctor mentioned as Harrison’s birth was really close to a fatal situation for both mother and child.   Eleanor said ‘Yes, no problem.  I’ll be in hospital for a few days.   Can you take care of the kids?’.

The summer days continued having barbecues with friends and teaching Freya how to use the slide.   Eleanor was starting to save up and had a little nest-take gathering.   She seen a nice greenhouse in a neighbours garden on the way home from work one-day and decided she would spend some money getting one of her own.    She could see herself growing her own herbs for cooking as she was comfortably progressing in the cooking/gourmet cooking skills.    She ended up with a huge saving as it was sale day down at her local gardening store.   There was still some land spare at the back of the house that could be extended.    The rest of the savings was invested in extending another room around the kitchen and computer/logic room.   This was decorated as a little playroom for the kids.

When Eleanor woke up, on remembered day, she went alone to the graveyard to tidy up her grandparents & parents graves.

Gracie aged up just short of Freya’s Birthday, so Aditya took the kids to the local toddler park where they became good friends as well as sisters.

When the family were all out that afternoon, Devlin thought it would be funny to destroy the kid’s toys.     As expected, no-one was amused on their return and Aditya shouted at Devlin telling him to get out of his sight.    He didn’t want to fight in front of the kids.

The newly wed couple were so emotional when they arrived home with Baby Freya, that the bedroom department heated up once again.  Devlin on the other hand enjoyed the neighborhood brawl getting involved with every fight and wind up that was happening.

 

Unfortunately, at this point, I was so involved with my game that I forgot to record pictures or jot down parts of the story.  I apologize deeply for jump forward in time and ask if you would like to use your own imagination of where this section of the story leads you.

 

Meanwhile back in Sim land, the Dixon household has a new arrival, as little Freya ages to a toddler.    In my mind this where the family were struggling through normal daily routines that eventually every household, at some point if luckily enough, will expand.   Baby Gracie was next arrival in the family and didn’t demand much attention throughout the day.   Instead during the night, she decided that everyone should be awake crying for feeding etc.    Every night when this happened little Freya woke up (as they shared a room as this point) and went into their parent’s room asking for one them to shut her up.    Since Freya was always looking out for the rest of the family, Aditya decided that, as it was a lovely day during this beautiful summer season, he would buy a paddling pool to give Freya more one-on-one attention.   From then on, almost everyday Freya continued to ask to play in the water, so eventually this became a new task within the family routine.

Aditya started upgrading some appliances making a little nursery for new arrival.   He wasn’t qualified for much finding it hard to get anyone to employ him.    He found this hard as Eleanor was the main bread winner progressing even further in her Career to Pastry Chef.   To keep him busy anything that needed fixing or upgrading he did, trying to contribute somehow.  This made it easier for Eleanor to relax after her long working days, getting tired, now that her due day was getting closer.

Finally, the day arrived when Eleanor went into labor.  They had always planned to give birth in the hospital, so Aditya got all the bags together and ordered a taxi to take them both to the hospital.   They got checked in and met their doctor Ashely Denton.    The labor lasted for hours and while Aditya headed home for a short while, Baby Freya was born.   Aditya missed the birth but was overjoyed, he now had a little bundle of joy to take care of.

Eleanor started planning to seek out venues, locations and food.    She found her perfect combination booking everything, then telling Aditya the plans.  His suit was already being Taylor made, ready for a fitting in a couple of days.   Aditya said, ‘Aren’t we planning this a little to fast?’  Eleanor replied, ‘Not for me, are you ok with this?’.   Aditya thought about it and replied ‘I want to be married to you, as I love you, so whatever you want is fine by me?

Friends & Family were notified and within no time at all, the spectacular day arrived with beautiful weather.

That night the celebrations continued and when they headed out for Springfest the following day, Eleanor knew that the patter of tiny little feet was beginning to grow.  She immediately told Aditya, who was over the moon.    Life could not be any better.

An engagement party was now on the cards.   Eleanor took a day off work and started preparing some food, inviting friends & colleagues that were available.    Meanwhile Devlin caught up with an old enemy and started fighting in the alleyway.   His dastardly reputation was now growing within the community making everyone be weary in his presence.

The Humor & Hijinks festival was coming to town so Devlin decided he would try it out having recently gained some confidence.    He made new friends, while joining the prankster’s side learning new tactic’s on how to annoy his rivals.   Evidently their team won gaining him one VooDoo doll.

As Aditya currently likes a windup, Devlin knew that if he succeeded to successfully prank him that he would have no problems with his arch rivals in the other clubs.    Devlin picked up the phone and ordered a large shipment to his house.    Aditya saw right through the prank and ordered the driver to take it back to Devlin to pay.    This started a little competition, as Devlin had to win eventually.

Everyone arrived for the party later that night and had a wonderful time.    Eleanor was now in her element and could see a bright future ahead.

Love day slowly appeared, and Eleanor received another call from Aditya.   It was a beautiful day outside and he fancied a swim.  So they both headed to the bluffs in Windenburg, realizing that they were the only people there.    They splashed & played kissing each other in-between.    Since no-one else continued to show, they dared each other to go one step further.    Yes, that’s right, things are about to get hot and steamy at the bluffs.

As you can see the dare was accepted by both using the bushes to hide while they got their limited kit off.   As these stories normally end, they started discussing how they were going to prepare themselves to leave the pool.    Luckily no-one continued to show, so another dare was suggested to leave together hand ‘n’ hand bearing all.    They swam around while deciding to accept the challenge, and as soon as they both reached the end of the pool, out they came.   They had a wee smooch then got dressed, to head for some lunch/dinner at around 4pm.

Eleanor invited Aditya to stay the night, as she had the perfect day and didn’t want it to end.    He accepted saying he couldn’t stay the full night.    They had a wonderful time and as he was about to leave, Eleanor decided she didn’t want anyone else stealing her man.    In keeping with normal traditions, she slowly knelt on one knee.  In true Sims style, a ring appeared as from no-where.   Aditya accepted.   They were now engaged in the final hours of Love Day.
